1. These terms
These terms apply to the CelesStars developer tools: the online version and copies hosted on a customer's own network. To confirm: the legal entity that offers the software.
2. Plans
Personal is free and is used through the online version only. Enterprise and Education are licences for a copy hosted on the customer's own network. Education is for educational institutes. To confirm: who qualifies as an educational institute, and what proof is needed.
3. Licence
Enterprise and Education are a yearly subscription, sold through Gumroad. One subscription covers the whole organisation, with no limit on users. To confirm: how many installations a subscription covers.
4. Updates and feature requests
New versions and feature requests are included while the subscription is active. If it ends, the copy the customer already has keeps working, and new versions stop. To confirm: renewal and refund terms.
5. Bug fixes
Bug fixes are free on every plan, as long as the bug is reported on the online site. To confirm: how fixes reach self-hosted copies without a subscription.
6. Acceptable use
To confirm.
7. Liability and warranty
To confirm with a lawyer.
8. Governing law
To confirm: the law and courts that apply, for example those of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

١. نطاق الشروط
تسري هذه الشروط على أدوات المطورين من «حلول نجوم سماء»: النسخة الإلكترونية والنسخ التي يستضيفها العميل على شبكته. للتأكيد: الجهة النظامية التي تقدّم البرنامج.
٢. الباقات
الباقة الشخصية مجانية وتُستخدم عبر النسخة الإلكترونية فقط. والباقتان المؤسسية والتعليمية ترخيص لنسخة يستضيفها العميل على شبكته. والباقة التعليمية مخصصة للمؤسسات التعليمية. للتأكيد: من يُعدّ مؤسسة تعليمية، وما الإثبات المطلوب.
٣. الترخيص
الباقتان المؤسسية والتعليمية اشتراك سنوي يُباع عبر Gumroad. ويغطي الاشتراك الواحد الجهة كلها دون حد لعدد المستخدمين. للتأكيد: عدد التثبيتات التي يغطيها الاشتراك.
٤. التحديثات وطلبات الميزات
الإصدارات الجديدة وطلبات الميزات مشمولة طوال مدة الاشتراك. وإذا انتهى الاشتراك تبقى النسخة الموجودة لدى العميل تعمل، وتتوقف الإصدارات الجديدة. للتأكيد: شروط التجديد والاسترداد.
٥. إصلاح الأخطاء
إصلاح الأخطاء مجاني في جميع الباقات، بشرط الإبلاغ عن الخطأ في الموقع الإلكتروني. للتأكيد: كيف تصل الإصلاحات إلى النسخ المستضافة دون اشتراك.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
للتأكيد.
٧. المسؤولية والضمان
للتأكيد مع محامٍ.
٨. القانون الواجب التطبيق
للتأكيد: القانون والمحاكم المختصة، مثل أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية ومحاكمها.
